Our training system allows you to study at times that suit you, with support from our staff over the internet, by email and by telephone. Additional learning comes through private 1:1 workshops in our training centre at times that suit your schedule. Online testing and practice exams show how you are progressing and ensure that you are ready for the real exam. YOU are in charge of your study and progress.

The Microsoft Certified Systems Administration (MCSA) on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 credential is a new way to enhance and validate the skills you use in day-to-day management of Microsoft technologies. Here's why MCSA can be the right choice for you.

• It’s relevant. Get started by proving your networking skills with Exams 70-290 and 70-291. Both exams are required and each exam has training available today.
• It’s adaptable. Choose the desktop and elective exams suited to your needs. We recommend Exam 70-270 for the desktop requirement.
• It’s valuable. The MCSA certification was introduced in October 2001. Within the first five months, over 22,000 individuals had earned the certification, making it the fastest-growing Microsoft certification

The system comes at three levels:

• Learn@M: Self Study with internet support, telephone and e-mail mentoring, and hands-on workshops. Self-study can take 50 – 100 hours per course, and there is no heavy time pressure – although email mentoring lasts for 90 days per course.
• Lecture@M: Self Study with internet support, online live seminars and mentoring, as well as local hands-on workshops. The online live seminars cycle over a number of weeks – seven for Hardware and seven for Operating Systems. Each seminar cycle runs to a schedule during either 12.00 to 13.30 or 18.30 to 20.00 hours.
• Lab@M: Self Study with internet support, online live seminars as above and mentoring, as well as local hands-on workshops, and access to a virtual machine over the internet that enables you to practice configuration exercises at any time without affecting your work or home computing
