This is for anyone wishing to improve their work prospects, business
owners wanting to keep their own books or anyone wishing to retrain
or improve existing skills. Gain the OCR Certificate in Bookkeeping
Level 1 - or progress to the full Level 2 Diploma course.
This training is intended for students with no prior knowledge of bookkeeping
or accounts, and allows learners to progress at their own pace through
the syllabus detailed below.
Part 1 and Part 2 lead to the OCR Level 1 Certificate in Bookkeeping,
and extension to include Part 3 leads to the OCR Level 2 Certificate
in Accounting. Both certificates are gained by passing the relevant
OCR examinations.
Our tutors are available throughout the course to assist and explain
the details of the system and its contents. At the end of the second
and third parts of the course, after completion of the assessment module,
each student is given a personal revision training seminar prior to
attempting either the OCR Level 1 Certificate in Bookkeeping or OCR
Level 2 Certificate in Accounting exams.

Assessment of Progress and Certification
Each of the three course sections of the Self-paced training concludes
with an assessment module, which can only be attempted once. Each
module contains 50 interactive practice questions and is scored to
for your records.
OCR exams are sat in our training centre at times set by the Awarding
Body
