Of the three main shorthand systems, (Gregg, Pitman and Teeline) Teeline is one of the easiest to learn as it was designed to depend only on the shape of the "outline" - other systems use thick and thin lines to represent different words or meanings.
HOWEVER, for many jobs Speedwriting provides an even simpler method of note-taking. It is VERY easy to learn - you can be using it in less than one day, and competent and confident in a few weeks.
Speed Writing Course
Our short course covers all the skills needed to take accurate personal notes without the complexity of full shorthand systems; you can study without internet or PC access.
The course will take an average student about 10 hours at times that suit your schedule
